Able to perform minor office surgeries, apply casts and splints, suture lacerations.

Cerner, but need to clarify

Licensure Needed:

AZ license required

Certifications Needed:

DEA, BLS, board certified

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:

Needing an NP with experience working in an urgent care, and rural setting. They need someone experienced, because provider is working opposite schedule of perm NP, so they will be operating solo.

Interview Schedule/Preferences:

Submit in Vector, interview with HR director and manager via zoom

Other additional pertinent information:

• Practitioner is expected to see patients scheduled approximately every 15 minutes; new patients every 20-30 minutes and be able to adapt to changes in the schedule as needed for patient care.  It may also be necessary for the Practitioner to make additions to the schedule for Urgent Care type patients.  Time will be set aside at the end of the day to follow up on consults, ordered lab, and refill requests, etc.
