Job Description - Urgent Hiring for Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) in Lansing, MI

We are seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs to join a fast-paced ED team. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing patients with varying levels of acuity.

Pay Rates

Local RN: $52/hour

Traveler RN: $59/hour â( $31/hour W-2 taxable + $28/hour non-taxable stipend)

Job Type: Travel / Local Contract | 13 Weeks

Location: Lansing, MI

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM â 7:30 AM

36-Hour Guarantee

Openings: 3

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, timely nursing care to emergency patients.

Assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to changes in condition.

Administer medications and treatments accurately.

Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team.

Communicate effectively with patients and families during high-stress situations.

Requirements

3+ years of recent ED experience â Required

ACLS, BLS, PALS & TNCC â Required

Telemetry experience â Preferred

Previous travel nursing experience â Preferred
