Job Description - Urgent Hiring for RN Hospice in Columbus, OH

Number Of weeks

DAYS: 8HR - M-F

Pay Rate

$2200 total weekly gross - $55/hour($22/hour W-2 taxable , $33/hour non taxable stipend)

Specialty: RN Case Manager EMR: HCHB Experience Required Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Hospice experience within the past 3 years M-F 8-5 with flexibility if patients on their caseload or team have need arise every 5th weekend rotation (Sat/Sun) in which they are provided service days (1 day prior week, 1 day following week) 22-24 weekly visits depending on routine vs admit
