Family First HomeCare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatric Private Duty Home Care team in Laurel Hill, FL.

This is an opportunity to provide consistent one-on-one pediatric care while being supported by an experienced clinical team.

Available Schedule

Wednesday – Saturday
⏰ 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✅ Consistent Daytime Hours

HIGH ACUITY PEDIATRIC CARE

Clinical skills include:
✔ G-Tube Care
✔ Tracheostomy Care
✔ Ventilator Support (training available for the right candidate)
✔ Mobility Assistance with Adaptive Equipment
✔ School-Based Nursing Support

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Pediatric Home Health experience preferred
• Trach/Vent/G-Tube experience preferred

Qualifications   

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Must have reliable transportation
