We specialize in making therapy engaging, empowering, and full of joy for children with special needs.

With our practice expanding (and our clinic growing in size!), we’re looking for full-time Pediatric Physical Therapists / PTA to support both clinic and school-based therapy services. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a new graduate ready to launch your PT journey, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy to children ages 0–21 in a fun, supportive environment
• Build relationships that inspire progress, from early intervention through adolescence
• Treat a range of diagnoses while creatively guiding motor development and functional independence
• Split your time between our outpatient clinic and local school settings for variety and growth
• Collaborate with a dedicated team that believes in the potential of every child

Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia
Passion for Experience in Pediatrics ideal), but new grads with pediatric rotations are encouraged to apply!
Ongoing participation in pediatric CEU training

Additional Expectations:

• Flexibility with scheduling (occasional non-traditional hours)
• Physical capacity to engage in active, hands-on pediatric care (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting on floor, bending, driving, etc.)
• Comfort treating infants, children, and adolescents
