Urgent Need! Emergency Department Registered Nurses

Aci Health is seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses. This is a dynamic opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients


• Perform triage, initial patient assessment, medication administration, and emergency interventions


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care


• Accurately document care in EPIC Electronic Medical Record (preferred)


• Float between multiple emergency departments based on staffing needs


• Respond effectively in trauma, critical care, and urgent care situations with minimal supervision


• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of clinical care

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN License


• BLS certification


• Minimum of 1.5 years recent ED experience (within past 2 years) in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or similar-sized acute care facility


• Must have experience caring for both adult and pediatric emergency patients


• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• No history of license suspension, professional investigation, or liability claim involvement


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States


• Must pass pre-employment health screening, drug testing, and criminal background check
