We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team and make a meaningful difference in our community.

Job Description: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges in their daily lives. This role involves providing compassionate care, assistance with daily activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Provide support in community integration, including transportation, social activities, and vocational training.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other team members.
• Implement individualized support plans and monitor progress towards personal goals.
• Encourage and support individuals in developing skills for greater independence and self-advocacy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided, including progress notes and incident reports.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Staffing Requirements:

• Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• CPI Training preferred
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those with related training
• Experience working with high behavioral individuals is strongly preferred

Shifts to Be Filled:
Overnight:

1. Sunday- Wednesday, 12:00 am-8:00 am  
2. Sunday- Wednesday, 12:00 am-8:00 am

1. Sunday- Wednesday, 2:00 pm-12:00 am
2. Sunday- Wednesday, 2:00 pm-12:00 am

1. Thursday- Saturday, 12:00 am-8:00 am
2. Thurseday-Saturday, 12:00 am-8:00 am

1. Thursday- Saturday, 2:00 pm-12:00 am
2. Thursday- Saturday 2:00 pm-12:00 am

1. Saturday- Sunday 8:00 am-2:00 pm
