Hiring EXPERIENCED Construction Exterior Lead. 

The Lead will be a hands on working lead, working alongside his crew members.

Description:

Irontown Modular is looking for a Leader ready to grow with our company. Full time position. 2+ years of experience preferred. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building. Must be able to Lead and work well with others at a fast pace. Must have own bags and hand tools.

 
Come and work in our Factory where the weather is not snowing, or too hot, or raining!

Come and work in our Factory and not have to travel from site to site!

Come and work in our Factory and be guaranteed at least 40 hours per week!

Come and work in our Factory Monday-Thursday and have 3 day weekends to work on personal projects or be with family!

Requirements:

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

· Required to Lead a crew of 3-5 crew members.

· Need to be efficient in all types of Siding.

· Experienced in flashing and waterproofing to industry standards. 

· Expectation to keep projects on schedule for completion, while staying on budget.

· Able to use iPad and standard technology.

· Experience in material management.

· Reporting and communicating to Production Manager on a daily basis.

· Work within the Factory will be your main focus, unless needed to travel out of town (which will be rare).

· Bring your experience and can-do attitude to our team.

· Work under direction of Production Manager.

· Be a motivated self-starter with leadership skills and relevant experience in the trade.

· Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without restrictions.

· BuilderTrend knowledge a plus.

Salary: $25 - $32 per hour DOE.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 10-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed.

Occasional overtime as projects dictates.
