Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN- Home Health for a travel/contract position in Littleton, NH. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Position Name: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Littleton, New Hampshire

Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 13 to 26 weeks contract 

Pay Rate: Range $2720 to $2800 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hr work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70/mile for distance covered from office to patient home visits and in between patient home appointments

Unit: Home Setting 

Shifts available: Days

Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Mon-Fri, No weekends, No holidays, No call 

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse experience: 1.5 to 2 years - Required
  


• Current experience Home Health RN experience: 1.5 years – Required
  


• Prior Hospice experience in addition to home health experience - Preferred 
  


• Prior Med Surg experience - Preferred
  


• Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• RN License for State of NH or Compact - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of nursing care for home health patient case load assigned.
  


• Complete assessments and tailored plan of care for both Home Health and Hospice patients.
  


• Care for patients at all stages of life in the comfort of their own homes.
  


• Work as part of multi-disciplinary team and maintain a high level of autonomy
  


• Complete documentation as assigned.
  


• Strong clinical support and educational resources are provided
  


• Territories: Littleton/Plymouth areas
