Job Brief:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The CNA or CMA will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse and provide direct patient care in a variety of RECOVERY CENTER LOCATIONS WITHIN NORTH CAROLINA.

Responsibilities:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will:

• Provide direct patient care in RECOVERY CENTER settings under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Take vital signs, administer medications, and assist with medical procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse if applying as a Certified Medical Assistant.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with patients and their families.
• Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.
• Work independently and as part of a team, following instructions as needed.
• Lift and move patients as necessary.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay current with industry developments.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a CNA or CMA training program and with certification
• Valid CNA or CMA license in North Carolina
• Current CPR/ BLS certification

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and stay current with industry developments
