Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary focus will be on delivering patient-centered care, ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Perform basic wound care and assist with personal hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and health concerns.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Licensing: Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Experience: Previous nursing experience, particularly in long-term care, is preferred.
• Compassionate: Strong communication skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to residents.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
