Job Summary:
The Sanitation Supervisor ensures our facility meets all food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. You'll lead a team of sanitation professionals, oversee cleaning procedures, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the sanitation team to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks effectively and safely.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Develop and implement sanitation schedules, procedures, and improvements.
• Conduct inspections to verify cleaning standards and document results.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address sanitation concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sanitation experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP and FDA/USDA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
