Urogynecologist Position Overview:

• Patient Load: 15 patients per day
  


• Setting: Outpatient Only

Urogynecologist Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  


• Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in Arizona or ability to obtain
  


• Board-eligible or board-certified
  


• Must be a U.S. citizen.
