- Feb 2-6, 9-12, 12-20, 23-27

- Ongoing dates

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-4p

- 3-6 months

• Call Schedule: 5-6 days per month

- Nights: 5p-7a

- Weekend: 7a-7a

• Call Volume: 80% Callback; 20% Consults

• Call Ratio: 1:6

• Patient Volume: 20-25

• Avg No. of Surgeries per month: 20-30

• Rounding included: Yes

• Support Staff: 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Front Office Staffs

• Procedures:

- General Urology (clinic & routine care)

- Bread & Butter Urology

- Robotic available

• Other Info:

- Hospitalist will do the admission

- Will be the sole provider

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WA License or IMLC

• BC/BE

• BLS

• DEA

• Clean Record (highly preferred)
