JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted
• Board: BC/BE in Urology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide clinic coverage and perform 10–15 procedures weekly
• Perform 3–4 surgeries per day in the OR
• Participate in night and 24-hour call coverage
• Consult and coordinate care with available support staff
• Complete all documentation using Cerner EMR
