• Call Schedule: Nights; TBD & 24-hr call; 7a-7a

• Call Type: Beeper

• Call Response Time: 1 hr

• Phone Consults: 0-10

• Patient Volume: 5 IP, 25 OP

• Admissions: 5

• Rounding Included: Yes

• Support Staff: 2 RNs

- OP: 2 Clinical Staff, 2 Clerical Staff & 1 experienced Office Manager (who is also an MA)

• Required Skills:

- IP & OP Surgeries

- General Urology (Adult), Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy & Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL).

• Beds in the Dept: 3-5

• Trauma Level: I

• EMR: Cerner (IP), Athena (OP)

• Other Info: Clinic is located on campus just next door to the hospital in the medical office bldg.

• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active FL License

• BC/BE
