Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs
Credentialing Timeline: Temporary privileges available for clean files; full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
DEA: Yes
Experience: 3 years minimum

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide general urology outpatient care in the clinic.
Perform hospital rounds and consultations during daytime hours.
Conduct urologic procedures including ureteroscopies.
Manage OR surgical schedule alongside clinic duties.
Supervise support staff including medical assistants and office personnel.
