Length of Assignment: | The client would like a minimum commitment of 3 months. There will be an extension offer if it is a good fit, so they will also take candidates wanting 6, 9, or 12 month contracts. |
Credentialing Timeframe: | 90 Days |
Work Schedule: | Currently, our urologists do 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week. They see 25 â 30 in clinic and 5 â 6 surgeries on their OR days. Of course we would adapt that is someone is looking for less than FT work and are a great fit for our program. |
Patient Volume: | 25-30 in clinic and5-6 surgeries on OR days |
Procedures: | Ideal candidate â robotically trained and have pelvic floor reconstruction experience. Other than that, typical urology procedures. |
EMR: | Epic |
License Needed: | IMLC or KS |
Certifications Needed: | Certifications required (Board Certification/Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.): Board eligible minimum, prefer board certified. |
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: | Ideal candidate â robotically trained and have pelvic floor reconstruction experience. |
Other additional pertinent information: | The candidate would join a practice of 2 FT providers. If they were to take call they would join a rotation of 6. The doctors provide call coverage at 2 hospitals situated across the street from one another. |
