As a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front line of our go-to-market strategy - identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects who are shaping the future of digital privacy. We are intentional about developing BDRs into future sales leaders. This role is designed for someone who wants a clear path into Senior BDR, Account Executive, or broader GTM positions as the organization grows. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to spark meaningful conversations and build a healthy, high-quality pipeline.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, goal-oriented, and loves the challenge of opening doors and creating opportunities in new markets.

The annual base salary range for this position is outlined below. Compensation within this range is determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, role-specific skills, relevant experience, and internal equity.

Salary Range:
$45,000–$50,000 Base
$95,000 - $105,000 OTE
