Job Description - US Clinic Coordinator - Onsite

Snapscale is looking for a skilled US Clinic Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient benefits and insurance coverage
  • Reactivate past patients and maintain engagement
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with inquiries
  • Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Make outbound calls to leads and potential patients
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Manage electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Monitor and oversee the clinic’s virtual kiosks

Site Location:

  • Davao Site - 4F & 5F, La Cima Building, JLN, 2, Palma Gil St, Poblacion District, Davao City
  • Must have experience working with US-based clinics and/or health insurance companies
  • Must have experience in EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and inbound calling
  • Experience in medical billing and coding is a plus!
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be willing to work onsite
