About the role 🖥️
- Reporting directly to Cofounder Fanny Moizant and Charles Bellois, Chief Experience & Logistics Officer, you will spearhead the transformation and explosive growth of our global VIP Consignment business. This high-visibility role will revolutionize our luxury consignment operations while crafting game-changing retail strategies that drive significant market expansion.
What you will do 👜
- Scale our end-to-end operations with innovative approaches and AI-driven solutions that set new industry standards
- Reimagine the seller experience with frictionless processes that drive acquisition and retention
- Slash operational costs while enhancing quality through strategic process optimization
- Collaborate with Product teams to build next-generation tools that empower operational efficiency
- Master volume forecasting through sophisticated modeling with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams
- Champion customer excellence with measurable NPS improvements for VIP buyers and sellers
Who you are ⭐
- Visionary strategist with 5+ years in luxury retail operations, e-commerce scaling, or top-tier strategy consulting
- Analytical powerhouse who transforms complex data into actionable business insights
- Operations innovator with proven success optimizing processes and accelerating sales growth
- Execution expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives cross-functional projects to completion
- Strategic problem-solver who identifies breakthrough opportunities others miss
- Exceptional communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred
$120,000 - $135,000 a year
This role has additional compensation components including annual bonus and shares.
