Job Description - US Construction Dept Administrative Assistant
Manage calendars, including arranging meetings, appointments, supplier/internal visitor sessions, and sending timely reminders. Coordinate travel logistics, such as visa applications, travel bookings, and travel claims. Prepare, submit, and track expense reports to ensure timely reimbursement. Monitor, maintain, and order office supplies to support smooth daily operations. Develop, organize, and maintain documentation and filing systems for efficient information management. Plan and coordinate team‑building events, celebrations, and other internal activities. Support HR‑related tasks and assist team members with basic personnel processes. Provide administrative support, including SharePoint site setup/maintenance and simple data compilation, while maintaining strict confidentiality. 2+ years of experience as an admin for administrative assistant supporting fast-paced teams 2+ years of experience with office management systems and procedures, including knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint and related communication tools Exemplary planning and time management 3+ years of experience as an admin Bachelor's Degree
