Description

• Filing import declarations on behalf of Importers.
• Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, documentation, databases, etc.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with customer operating procedures.

Requirements

• Direct experience working with US Customs Brokerage
• Experience in Entry Processing via ACE including:
• 7501
• HTS detailed classifications
• OGA including TTB, FDA, USDA
• ACH payments
• Ability to work with demanding deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Must be detailed oriented
• Solid knowledge of air and ocean ports
