We are seeking a motivated US Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development : Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies with key clients or partners, focusing on mutual growth and success.

Operational Strategy : Implement and optimize operational strategies tailored to partner needs, including integration of partner-specific requirements and enhancements.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, legal, analytics, and product to align strategies, streamline processes, and ensure effective service delivery.

Data-driven Decision Making : Utilize data and insights to drive strategic initiatives and effectively promote the company’s products and services to strategic partners.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring high satisfaction and partnership retention.

Upsell and Expansion Initiatives:

Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships to maximize revenue growth and expand partnership scope.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and reports to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.

What we expect from you

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude, fast learner.

7-10 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in enterprise software, marketplaces, media, or consulting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Experience working with ADS, retail-media and marketplaces.

Creativity and not afraid to get it done. This is a fast moving startup so we expect you to wear multiple hats from time to time, and be flexible to get the goal across the line.

A focus on building strategic relationships with customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week at our Boston office/SF office. WoF flexibility.
