Essential Functions:

• Responsible for sales focused task including but not limited to:
  •  Quoting
  • Order Entry
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Estimating customer provided conceptual engineering parts.
• Assisting with the proper evaluation and approval of:
  • Design changes
  • Specifications
  • Drawing releases
• Throughout the various stages of product development:
  • Interact with both customers and other departments within MCAM
  • Responsible for assisting in customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and product development, preferred.
• Related business experience in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets.
• Experience in CNC machining of plastic and metal parts a plus.
• Knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers, preferred.
• Use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Presentation development
