U-Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, highly motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. This position will be responsible for making high volume outbound cold/warm calls and sending follow-up emails to companies with the goal of selling large quantities of packaging. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, driven entrepreneurial individual with an aggressive, sales-oriented mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all departments regarding sale of products


• Research accounts, identify client needs and requirements


• Ability to meet or exceed quota


• Maintain and expand your book of business


• Make product recommendations to customer base

Desired Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills


• A positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles and pursue desired results


• Strong organizational and listening skills


• 2+ years aggressive inside sales/customer service experience


• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively


• Talent to work effectively with minimal supervision


• Basic math skills and proficiency in windows-based operating systems


• Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of calls per day


• Collaborate effectively within a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday

Work location/setting: In-person
