Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and guide them through the selection process.


• Present used and certified pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.


• Coordinate test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicle options.


• Negotiate sales terms effectively to close deals that align with both customer satisfaction and dealership goals.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


• Stay informed about market trends, inventory updates, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly with used or certified pre-owned vehicles.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse customer base.


• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus.
