Used Car Buyer

Audi Rocklin is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Used Car Buyer to join our team in Rocklin, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing pre-owned vehicles that meet our quality standards and customer preferences. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure a diverse and appealing inventory that supports our dealership's growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate used vehicle market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.


• Inspect and appraise used vehicles for condition and value.


• Negotiate purchase prices with individuals and dealers.


• Maintain records of all transactions and vehicle history.


• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer demand and inventory needs.


• Coordinate transportation and delivery of purchased vehicles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive buying, sales, or appraisal preferred.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Good knowledge of automotive market values and trends.


• Ability to inspect vehicles thoroughly and understand mechanical conditions.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
