Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist

As a Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist, you are responsible for identifying, evaluating, and presenting vehicle values to our guests. Using our advanced digital tools, you will acquire vehicles for our used car department while creating a valuable guest experience for those looking to sell or trade in their vehicles.

What you'll be working on:

• Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle


• Using our technology to identify vehicles of interest within existing service appointments


• Creating exciting custom evaluations and presenting to both our sales and service guests


• Logging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system


• Partnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly


• Occasionally attending car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store-level buying goals

What you need to bring to the table:

• 2–5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience


• Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone


• Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process


• Experience with cold calling, telemarketing or similar outreach preferred


• Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

Salary: $36,000-$150,000/annually

*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
