HoneyCar is seeking a motivated and results-driven Used Car Manager to oversee our pre-owned vehicle inventory, sales, and profitability. This role involves managing inventory acquisition, pricing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Inventory Management: Source and acquire pre-owned vehicles that meet market demands and align with dealership standards.


• 
  Pricing Strategies: Analyze market trends and competitively price vehicles to maximize sales and profitability.


• 
  Sales Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.


• 
  Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all pre-owned vehicle customers.


• 
  Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales and inventory performance, adjusting strategies as needed.


• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to align inventory and sales goals with overall dealership objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry.


• Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle valuation, market trends, and acquisition strategies.


• Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development.


• Proficiency in dealership management systems and CRM software.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
