We are a proud, family-owned Chevrolet dealership with 69 years of history in Northern Virginia and the DMV. We’re excited to welcome an experienced Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned operations, champion profitability and strategy, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead every aspect of the used car department, from inventory and pricing to dynamic marketing campaigns and sales success.
- Boost profits by making sharp appraisals, managing costs smartly, and turning data insights into winning decisions.
- Build an energized sales team—hire, inspire, and mentor consultants to reach goals, embrace accountability, and focus on customers.
- Utilize your negotiation skills and sales expertise to drive sales and consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Track market trends and competitors to sustain healthy inventory turnover and optimal stock levels.
- Craft memorable customer experiences rooted in transparency, trust, and genuine community care.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager with a record of exceeding sales and profit goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong appraisal and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of market values and key performance metrics.
- Proficiency with automotive management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, preferred).
- Ensure the team follows all customer safeguards and deal documentation procedures.
- Clean driving record required.
