Position Summary:
The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle operations. This includes inventory acquisition, pricing strategy, reconditioning coordination, sales performance, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep automotive knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or management, preferably in used car operations


• Strong understanding of vehicle valuation, market trends, and reconditioning processes

• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), inventory tools, and digital retail platforms


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
