Job Description - Used Car Manager



Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add a qualified Used Car Manager to add to our fast paced and high-profile locations in Duluth, GA.  Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automobiles and a knack for driving sales success? We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of used car operations, from inventory management and sales strategies to customer service excellence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire your team, elevate the customer experience, and boost dealership profitability. Qualifications:


Nissan dealer has opening for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. Established state of the art dealership has an immediate opening for a qualified candidate. Applicant would be expected to have at least 3+ years of proven Used Car Sales Manager experience in the industry with an import franchise a plus. We have a professional environment with a great support staff. The qualifications for this job would entail:



  • Strong leadership and management experience.

  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.

  • Self motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic.

  • Experience in building a team from the ground up.

  • Ability to recruit, hire and train associates

  • Understand how to engage and sell in today's marketplace.

  • Strong computer skills

  • F & I experience

  • Proficient with VAuto

  • Proficient in Vehicle Aquisitions

  • Proficient in Vehicle Appraisals

  • KBB ICO lead handling experience is a plus

  • Detail oriented

  • Positive attitude

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong values and work ethic

  • Clean driving record.
