WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  Managing reconditioning costs and speed to frontline-ready

  Daily appraisal leadership and deal structuring

  
  


• 
  

  Driving volume without sacrificing gross

  Coaching and holding sales staff accountable to performance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring aging, turn rate, and ROI — and taking action immediately

  
  


• 
  

  Partnering with Sales & F&I leadership to close deals and improve penetration

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction and online reputation

  
  

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  3–5+ years of proven Used Car or Sales Management experience

  Strong understanding of inventory tools, pricing software, and market analytics

  Demonstrated success in high-volume environments

  Confident decision-maker who doesn’t hesitate on inventory or pricing
