McGraw Ford is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our pre-owned vehicle operation. This role is critical to inventory performance, profitability, and overall dealership success.

We’re looking for a proven leader who understands inventory turn, acquisition strategy, pricing discipline, and merchandising, and who can execute consistently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Oversee all aspects of the used vehicle operation

  Manage inventory acquisition, appraisals, and trade strategy

  
  


• 
  

  Price vehicles competitively based on market data and turn goals

  
  


• 
  

  Drive used vehicle gross while maintaining healthy days’ supply

  
  


• 
  

  Work auctions, digital sourcing platforms, and local trade channels

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Sales, F&I, and Service to maximize reconditioning efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure proper merchandising, photos, descriptions, and online presentation

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze KPIs including turn rate, aging, PVR, and total used contribution

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or equivalent role

  Strong understanding of market-based pricing and inventory analytics

  Hands-on appraisal and acquisition expertise

  High-level organizational and decision-making skills
