The ideal candidate MUST have experience in automotive sales management and the skill sets needed to be a manager. Used Car Sales Manager - Job Description:

• Sales Managers manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives team


• Must have experience with Wholesaling and Auctions


• Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross


• Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale


• Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.


• CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.


• The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this SM position.

Sales Manager - Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum of 2 years’ previous automotive sales management experience


• Steady work and performance history


• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a ‘people person’)


• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills


• Must be a strong closer


• Valid driver's license
