  Requirements:

  
  
  
  
  • Proven Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
  
  
  • Finance experience is a must (Minimum 5 years experience)
  
  
  • Strong leadership and closing skills
  
  
  • High energy with a passion for motivating sales teams
  
  
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
  
  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  Responsibilities:

  
  
  
  
  • Lead the used car department to achieve volume and gross profit goals
  
  
  • Manage appraisal process and inventory turn
  
  
  • Structure deals to ensure profitability and compliance
  
  
  • Train, motivate, and hold sales staff accountable for performance
  
  
  • Work closely with finance to maximize back-end profit and customer satisfaction
