Used Car / Recon Technician

USED CAR / RECON TECHNICIAN

 Mercedes-Benz of Loveland is looking for a used car reconditioning technician with experience in multiple makes and models of vehicles.  This position could give you the opportunity to grow into a CERTIFIED MERCEDES-BENZ TECH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspection, maintenance, and repair of all trade-in vehicles, auction vehicles, and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.


• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Used Car Manager and Advisors


• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts


• Document all repairs performed


• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner


• Follow all company safety procedures


• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work some Saturdays


• Tools


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Able to work in fast-paced environment


• Good communication skills


• Good organizational skills


• Clean and valid driver’s license
