Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet and assist customers browsing our used vehicle inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Identify customer needs through effective questions and active listening

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through vehicle selection, presenting features, benefits, and available options

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct test drives while following dealership protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve sales goals set by management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong product knowledge of all pre-owned inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with leads and past customers to support ongoing sales opportunities

  
  


• 
  

  Document all customer interactions and sales activity accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance to ensure progress toward goals

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Prior automotive sales experience strongly preferred (Ford experience a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of sales performance

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  Strong negotiation and organizational abilities

  High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven

  Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
