Used Car Sales Associate

Tansky Sawmill Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.


• Present and demonstrate used vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits.


• Negotiate sales and finalize transactions in a professional manner.


• Maintain thorough knowledge of the inventory, pricing, and current promotions.


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.


• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• High level of motivation and a drive to achieve sales goals.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Knowledge of used car market trends is a plus.
