What You’ll Do

Lead and coach the sales team to hit goals
Convert leads into appointments and sales
Assist in closing deals and maximizing profitability
Manage factory programs and sales processes
Mentor new team members

What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales management & finance experience required
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, closing, and customer service skills
