What You’ll Do:

• Manage and lead the used car sales team to hit volume and gross targets


• Traffic Management- Create opportunities through online traffic and phones


• Work deals and support desk to maximize profitability while staying competitive


• Oversee reconditioning timelines and inventory readiness


• Monitor KPIs: turn, aging, front/back gross, and closing ratios


• Coach and develop sales staff to improve performance and consistency


• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Used Car Manager or strong Desk Manager ready to step up


• Strong understanding of inventory management, pricing tools, and market trends


• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Leadership mindset – someone who holds people accountable and develops talent


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
