We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our used vehicle sales team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the inventory management process, including pricing, reconditioning, and merchandising of used cars

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques

- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and legal requirements

- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in used car sales management or automotive sales leadership

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle pricing, financing, and trade-in processes

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
