USED CAR MANAGER

If you answered YES, I have the job for you! McCarthy Auto Group is looking to add a Used Car Manager to their dynamic team! You will be responsible for driving used vehicle sales growth and managing employees to ensure that we achieve operational success. 

JOB DUTIES:

• 
  Responsible for the appraisal of used vehicles, as well as forecasting store sales goals.


• Maintain and source used vehicle inventory for the dealership.


• Accurately, desk and submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.


• Hire, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, working closely with team members to set and meet goals.


• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used vehicle sales.


• Attend sales and manager meetings.


• Other tasks as assigned.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Five years used car management experience preferred 


• Minimum of three years used car experience required 


• Proven track record of acquiring used vehicles outside of normal trade ins 


• Knowledge of dealership procedures 


• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency


• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills


• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug test and background screen.


• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record


• High School diploma or equivalent
