Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair used vehicles efficiently and accurately.


• Perform repairs following Ford and dealership standards.


• Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC, and drivability concerns.


• Complete vehicle reconditioning to retail-ready standards.


• Utilize diagnostic equipment and factory service information.


• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs.


• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.


• Maintain quality workmanship and accurate repair documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.


• Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities.


• Ford experience is a plus but not required.


• ASE Certifications preferred.


• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.


• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.


• Ability to pass a background screening.
