About the role

Our used car department wins when fresh inventory shows up daily, glides through service quickly, and hits the front line looking sharp and priced to sell. You’ll be the hub connecting sales, service, detail, and marketing so every car is ready for a customer—fast.

What you’ll do

• 
  

  Walk the new arrivals each morning and make sure they’re tagged, clean, and ready for the next step.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with service so reconditioning stays on track and nothing gets stuck.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the lot fresh every couple of days—good mix of colors, models, and eye-catchers up front.

  
  


• 
  

  Quality-check after detail, add window stickers, take a full set of photos and a quick walk-around video.

  
  


• 
  

  Get every car online quickly with accurate info across our website and listings.

  
  


• 
  

  Help set fair, competitive prices with the manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Appraise trade-ins and purchases (look it over, drive it, note condition) and recommend retail vs. wholesale.

  
  


• 
  

  Source more vehicles each day—trades, service-lane opportunities, private sellers, and local dealer relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate and update: flag roadblocks, share what’s ready, and what needs attention.

  
  

What you bring

• 
  

  Experience in used cars is helpful, but we’ll train the right person with hustle and organization.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong eye for detail and presentation (photos, stickers, clean display).

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working across sales, service, and vendors; clear, friendly communication.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
