Maverick Toyota is the newest member of the prestigious Vaughan Automotive Group. We are seeking a Preowned Manager to oversee the used car department, from inventory management to sales and custome service.

Requirements:

Used Car inventory experience
Automotive acumen
Ability to desk deals
Ability to train and motivate the sales team
Strong closing ability

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Asset Management
Used Car Merchandising
Used Car Acquisition
Desk Used Car Deals
Supervise, Motivate and Train Sales Staff
Forecasting
Ensure Volume & PRU Goals are Attained
Maintain Outstanding Customer Satisfaction and Retention
