Qualifications:

• Proven track record with an exceptional CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Previous auto sales management experience with expertise in vehicle appraisal, pricing, and sales processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Ability to train and build a sales team, ensuring they are knowledgeable in processes, products, and customer engagement.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer.
• Ability to analyze inventory, including pricing, vehicle conditions, and reconditioning needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong experience in vehicle purchase terms, trade values, and financing.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
• Ability to ensure that used vehicles are properly reconditioned and displayed.
