Freeland Auto is actively seeking an experienced, high-performing Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our growing dealership team.
We are looking for a proven automotive sales leader with strong desking ability, excellent deal structure knowledge, leadership skills, and a track record of driving volume, gross, and team performance. CDJR experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to top-performing automotive managers from other brands with a strong used vehicle background.
This is an opportunity for a driven automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands inventory management and dealership operations, and knows how to lead from the front while building a winning culture.

Desk and structure automotive deals effectively and profitably
Work closely with sales consultants to maximize closing ratios and customer satisfaction
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
Help drive used vehicle sales volume and profitability
Partner with leadership on inventory strategy and merchandising
Monitor deal structure, lender approvals, and compliance standards
Assist in managing internet leads, showroom traffic, and follow-up processes
Ensure strong CRM utilization and accountability
Support inventory acquisition efforts and used vehicle sourcing
Help create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture
We are searching for someone who:
Has strong desking and deal structure skills
Understands used vehicle operations and profitability
Leads with accountability, professionalism, and urgency
Is highly competitive and performance-driven
Can coach and motivate a sales team effectively
Understands lender relationships and finance fundamentals
Thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment
Wants long-term career growth with a growing organization
Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Used Vehicle Manager experience required
Strong desking and closing experience required
CDJR dealership experience strongly preferred
Used vehicle inventory management experience preferred
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong CRM and dealership software experience
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening
