User Acquisition Manager

Overview of Responsibilities -

Build and manage Media Buyers and Digital UA managers' team. Act as the strategic leader and driver of customer growth across digital and traditional media verticals with a mission focus on growing The Company's brand across the nation; motivated by setting, hitting, and exceeding acquisition targets and demonstrating success driving step-change growth across multiple verticals and markets.

Essential Job Duties - 

• Building a high-performing growth marketing team.


• Shape a robust customer development strategy, focusing on ongoing partnerships with Ad platforms, distribution platforms, Major sport teams, and content creators.


• Work closely with the product team to improve user journeys and onboarding.


• Keep up with the latest trends in digital UA marketing.


• Improve key customer metrics including ROAS, revenue, conversion rate, and LTV through cross-functional team initiatives.


• Measure and maximize UA KPIs to support the business strategy and growth.


• Leverage our existing email database and capabilities to support our growth strategy across different jurisdictions


• Work with outside agencies and onboard new ones with a focus on prioritizing the highest-ROI


• Ensure marketing compliance processes are strictly and consistently followed.


• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications - 

1. Bachelor's Degree.


2. 5+ years’ experience in growth marketing.


3. Strong leadership experience and ability to mobilize direct and indirect reports and cross-functional leadership across the organization.


4. Experience creating multi-channel marketing campaigns.


5. Strong brand appreciation and customer orientation.


6. Strong experience partnering with technology and analytics teams.


7. Excellent organizational, planning, and communicative skills.


8. Experience in online gaming is an advantage.


9. Familiar with 3rd party Ads systems such as GA, Facebook, Appsflyer, My affiliates.


10. A high level of marketing writing skills is a must for this role, an excellent communicator across all channels: emails, push notifications, and web.


11. Need to obtain a PA and NJ iGaming gaming license.


12. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
